A well-funded, cryptocurrency related, startup in London is looking for a mentor for their Chief of Staff. With a team of 60+, the Chief of Staff is finding themselves in need of better frameworks to organize the company's 1:1s, all hands, and day to day meetings.

You might be a great fit if you've been a founder of Chief of Staff at a fast growing tech company.

The ideal mentor might:

• Have been a startup founder or Chief of Staff at a fast growing company.
• Have a strong opinion on how to manage face time with leadership team.
• Have experience being an aide de camp to a strong manager.

Expected workload is 1-2 monthly one hour sessions on video + ad hoc async sparring.
