The mentee is just landed a new job as an Engineering Manager at a very well-known technology company.

This will be the mentee's first management role, and they're looking for sparring as they tackle the challenge.

The right mentor might:

• Have managed engineering teams at a FAANG company.
• Have experience moving from code contribution to management.
• Have managed a team of 5+ engineers.

Expected workload is 1-2 monthly one hour sessions on video + ad hoc async sparring.
