Head of People Looking to up their talent acquisition game

A Head of People at a 50 person startup is looking to up their talent acquisition skills. The mentee is part of the original team, and is a core member of the management team.

The mentee will be doubling their team size in 2021, and are looking to learn everything they can about how to attract (and retain) top talent.

The right mentor might:

• Have worked in talent acquisition at a unicorn.
• Have experience with the whole stack from employer branding to cold outreach.
• Worked at a hyper growth company.

Expected workload is 2-4 monthly 30-60 minute sessions on video + ad hoc async sparring.
