IC at hyper growth startup looking, moving into Product Management

A San Fransisco based dev tools startup is looking for a mentor to help turn a star-engineer into an A+ product manager.

The mentee is highly technical, but is challenged by product thinking and managing a team including non-technical staff.

The ideal mentor will:

• Have experience managing non-technical roles in product org.
• Have made the leap from IC to manager.
• Some understanding of the dev-tools industry.

Expected workload is 2-4 monthly 30-60 minute sessions on video + ad hoc async sparring.
