Startup Head of Product looking to grow their team

We're seeking a mentor for a newly added Head of Growth to a Danish startup building enterprise software. The company has strong Product Market Fit and is looking to shift gears into company-building mode. Our customer is for someone who's built one or more growth organizations.

The ideal mentor:

• Has experience as a founder / early hire in a fast growing startup (beyond series A).
• Has scaled a startup into a sustainable business.
• Has experience with distributed teams (and even better: remote-first organizations).
• Has worked in an enterprise sales org or with a B2B business model.

The expected workload is 2-4 monthly 30-min sessions on video + ad hoc sparring by e-mail.
